Position: Sales Executive (Channel Business)
Job Descriptions:
- Identify and create business opportunities in industry and thereby promote Resellers, IT companies Sales/ Corporate Sales.
- Generate new leads from various sources.
- Follow up on customer inquiry and leads generated.
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance.
- Ensure new business development opportunities are explored with existing clients.
- Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services.
- Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads with AM.
- Developing and executing marketing & business programs.
- Frequently update competitor’s movement.
- Number, value and income target achievement.
- Weekly Plan & Report to AM.
Accountabilities:
- Grow volume, revenue and share in Vietnam market
- Setting objectives and tracking results of ARs
- Identify & Win New Business
- Follow assistant manager’s instruction
Daily Duties of Sales Executive:
- Build database of customers
- Plan and daily visits potentials, collect info and promote IT products and close deals
- Support AD’s Sales to find prospects, visit potential customers and close deals.
- Keep tracks of ARs sell-out
- Support AD sell-out activities: promotion program, Incentive program, seeking prospects
- Support ARs in tender execution.
- Payment and debt control of ARs
- Collect and analyze Sell out report (GI sell out report)
- Coordinate with AD’s Sales to research and analyze the market and competitors.
- Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis and propose proper actions.
- Events support.
- Collect competitors’ products, pricing and bonus program
- Daily communicate and report to AM to have proper action and precise solutions.
- Paper works: Reports, forecast, order process
Requirements:
- University degree is required, IT background is a plus.
- Good command of English, Negotiation skills, Customer Management, Marketing skills, Analytical & Planning skills.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Key Account Channels, IT industry preferred.
- Good connection with IT, SI companies.
- Customer service oriented.
- Innovative, proactive and result-oriented.
