Position: IT Sales – Servers and Storage
Purpose of the Job:
- Be responsible to achieve the sales quota for assigned products and regularly report on it.
- Create a good relationship to Partners and Customers.
- Get involved in the selling process.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and/or exceed the sales quota as agreed in the Sales Incentive Commission Plan.
- Master HP, DELL, IBM product’s features, customers needs, market pricing, competitor’s products.
- Maintaining the relationship with existing customers, meeting customers, searching new customers.
- Keeping track of the firm’s promotion activities, welcome customers as well as promotions that customers are involved.
- Demonstrating of new product, consulting for customers.
- To do contract, order form after customers agreed.
- Receive and process customer complaints of product quality, delivery time as well as the problems involved.
- Maintaining relationships with customers, customer care and selling as fixed schedule.
- Forcast on weekly sales, necessary goods to make plan for the order.
- Monitor progress of delivery, credit standing of customers.
- Send business plan, report to Team leader weekly, the signed orders, the orders are expected in the near future.
- Discuss the difficulties with direct manager in order to solve and speed up the progress of selling.
- Willing to take job rotation and business travel when there is reasonable business requirement and/or being requested by Products Manager.
- Others as assigned by Products Manager when necessary.
